Two of my favourite influencers dropped a collaboration, and of course I had to get my hands on it. For those who don't know, beautyra is a local brand founded by Tyra Kamaruzzaman, a pretty and talented lady who cares about diversity and cupcakes. Aisyah, aka Nur Aisyah Mohd Razip, is a lovely lady who started her career as a youtuber at a young age, ever since she was 12 years old, if I'm not mistaken.
The collaboration consists of a shimmer blusher, 3 shades of liquid lipstick, and a lipgloss. Since I already have too many liquid lipsticks, I only buy one shade, which, sadly, is out of stock now. Beautyra's product is very limited production. You have to grab it fast before it's sold out forever. Since Cupcake Aisyah called herself a stargirl, the theme for the collab is the galaxy(#agalaxyinyou). Hence, that is why there are planets and stars on the packaging.
Let's talk about the blusher first. The blusher is called 'Cosmic Cheek' in the shade star dust. This is not just a blush, it's a shimmer blush. While it gives your cheeks the blush-flush hues, it also has enough shimmer to double as a highlighter.I would describe the shades as cool coral pink shades that suit all skin tones. The smell is so good though, because it has a blackcurrant scent (cupcake aisyah loveeees ribena) and the pan size is quite bigger than their normal blusher. This blusher might not suitable for those with large pores cause it will shows up your pore even more.
Next in line is liquid lipstick, which is launching a month after the blusher launched. Like I mentioned earlier, there are a total of 3 shades and I only bought one because I have too many lipsticks in my collection. The entire lipstick collection is called "constellation Kisses." I love everything about this lipstick. There is a fair mix of shades, like warm blush, warm auburn, and deep coral. Even if you're a tan girl, the colour still suits you the best and doesn't make you look weird or pale. Just like the blusher, the liquid lipstick also smells and tastes like blackcurrant. The formula is to die for. I've never had a lipstick that has a formula like this. The texture is like a clay-velvet lipstick, so you don't feel like wearing one, and it's transfer-proof too. I bought it in the shade "daydreaming," a perfect blush matte shade that is almost the same as my lip colour. Lip balm is needed to apply for dry lips cause its a clay-velvet lije texture.
Last but not least, the gloss. I believe that this is their first time releasing a lipgloss product. The lipgloss is also part of the constellation kisses collection. The scent is like blackcurrant, but the taste is a bit off for me. They're slightly bitter, but it didn't bother me. I believe the shades are a dupe for Fenty Beauty's Glow Fantasy Gloss. The shade of the gloss is a slight nude blush tint and shimmers.
This is the swatches. As you can see, the blusher is more to shimmer blush. A spesific technique is needed if you want the blush to shows up cause its has a shimmer in it. Sorry for the bad swatches. I'm so bad at it and still learn on how to take a good swatches.
Overall, this collection is totally worth it. I highly recommend you grab it now while it lasts. Very worth the money and pigmented as well, i'm shock cause this is not a local brand and can give me same quality as high end product
